Refund Policy

At Choixer, we are committed to providing exceptional, AI-driven business management and operational outsourcing services designed to deliver tangible value and drive growth for our clients. Due to the nature of our services, which involve the allocation of dedicated AI and human resources, intellectual property, and the initiation of strategic and operational work immediately upon engagement, Choixer operates under a strict no-refund policy.

1. No Refunds Policy

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a written Service Agreement executed between Choixer and the Client, or where mandated by applicable law, all payments made to Choixer for our services are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, payments made on a retainer basis, commission basis, or any hybrid model.

2. Basis for Our Policy

Our services involve:

  • Immediate Resource Allocation: Upon engagement, we allocate specialized AI processing power, secure software access, and dedicate human expert time and resources to your project.

  • Proprietary Methodologies: Our AI-driven processes and strategic frameworks are proprietary and begin to be deployed for your benefit from the outset.

  • Work Commences Promptly: Strategic planning, data analysis, and the initiation of operational tasks commence quickly to ensure prompt progress towards your objectives.

  • Value Delivery Over Time: The value of our services is delivered incrementally over the duration of the engagement, not solely upon a single deliverable.

3. Exceptions (Where Applicable Law Applies)

While our general policy is no refunds, Choixer will adhere to all applicable laws and regulations regarding consumer protection and refund rights in the jurisdiction governing the service agreement. If, and only if, a refund is legally mandated under specific circumstances (e.g., due to a proven breach of contract by Choixer as determined by a court of competent jurisdiction, or as specifically stipulated by law for certain service types), we will comply with such legal obligations. Any such refunds will be processed strictly in accordance with the applicable legal requirements.

4. Service Agreement Governs Specifics

This Refund Policy applies generally to all Choixer services. However, the specific terms, conditions, and any potential refund clauses (if any, in very limited and exceptional circumstances) for your engagement will be explicitly detailed in your formal Service Agreement with Choixer. In the event of any conflict between this general Refund Policy and a signed Service Agreement, the terms of the Service Agreement shall prevail regarding your specific engagement.

5. Commitment to Client Satisfaction

While we do not offer refunds, we are fully committed to client satisfaction. If you have concerns about the quality of our services or progress on your project, we encourage you to communicate directly with your dedicated account manager. We will always strive to address your concerns, work collaboratively to resolve issues, and ensure the successful delivery of our services in accordance with our Service Agreement.
